REFUND POLICY

The Dreaming Orchid Boutique has a 3-day store credit policy.  Meaning, you have 72 hours after receiving your item(s) to request a store credit due to manufacturer defects or damage during the shipping process.

Should you receive a damaged product, contact us as soon as possible at thedreamingorchid@gmail.com and submit three pictures of the damaged item(s) (front, back, side; highlighting the damage).  Within 48 hours of receipt, your claim will be reviewed.  Should your claim reflect damage due to manufacturer defect or damage via shipping, we will respond via email with next steps regarding redemption of your store credit.

Please be advised that ANY item that has been worn or removed from the original packaging (i.e. tags removed), it is deemed ineligible for store credit.

Any act of Customer neglect (i.e. snagged, pulled, mishandled, pet or child mishandling) is not eligible for store credit.

We strongly recommend the avoidance of showering, sleeping, swimming, or sweating in your jewelry.  Although we are confident in the quality of our product, we are also aware that our product is considered "costume jewelry" and will not withstand exposure to elements as compared to "authentic metal jewelry".

We recommend using a soft polishing cloth to polish your jewelry.

Furthermore, we recommend avoiding use of cleaning solutions, creams, or liquids to clean your jewelry. Damage from cleaning products does not qualify for a store credit.

While we are happy to review your request for store credit, please be advised that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason
